Hi, I'm Jamie. I have over 20 years of experience as a mental health and addictions counsellor. Along with my professional expertise, I have personal experience with covert narcissism, which gives me a deep understanding of the intense struggles faced by those recovering from narcissistic abuse. While I hold several clinical certifications, it’s my own experience with narcissistic abuse and a “divorce from hell” that has been the most transformative part of my journey.
