Lise Leblanc
I'm Lise Leblanc, therapist, life coach, and author of 9 self-healing guides. With over two decades of clinical experience, I've dedicated my life to helping people take charge of their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and lives. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in psychology, as well as a Master's degree, plus various professional certifications. Although I have many degrees and certificates, my most profound lessons came from navigating my own personal challenges. I know how hard life can be, but I also know that it doesn't have to be this way which is why I've dedicated my career to helping others heal.
Jamie Andreychen
I’m Jamie Andreychen. I have 20 years of experience as a mental health and addictions counselor. Along with my professional expertise, I have personal experience with covert narcissism, which gives me a unique understanding of the intense struggles faced by those recovering from narcissistic abuse. While I hold several clinical certifications, it’s my own experience with narcissistic abuse and a “divorce from hell” that has been the most transformative part of my journey. The process of healing and growth has shaped who I am today, and I’m committed to guiding others to recover and move toward a life of clarity, purpose, and fulfillment.
