Hi! I'm Lise Leblanc. I'm a therapist, master coach practitioner, hypnotherapist, and author of 9 self-healing guides. I have over 20 years of experience helping people reprogram their minds and take charge of their emotions so they can live with passion, peace, and purpose. I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree, as well as many clinical certifications (CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Suicide Intervention, etc.). But I have to admit that my best education came from conquering my own mental and emotional challenges.

Step 1: R

The R in the R.E.S.T Model stands for Responsibility.   The ONE most important thing I've learned in life is the importance of taking responsibility for my own mindset. Being disciplined about my thoughts on a moment-to-moment basis was not easy in the beginning, but with consistent effort, my inner world started to shift in massively positive ways.

Step 2: E

The E in the R.E.S.T. Model stands for Emotional Release. What people often don't realize is how much the accumulation of painful emotions from negative past experiences is holding them back. Releasing these negative emotions and the meaning we've associated to them is key to moving out of the past and into a new and inspiring future.   

Step 3: S

 The S in the R.E.S.T. Model stands for Skills and Strategies. What's unique about my programs and services is that you will get the EXACT step-by-step skills and strategies in an easy to follow process to achieve maximum results. Theory is great but you need to know HOW TO apply it to your life. Then you need to practice, practice, practice!

Step 4: T

The T in the R.E.S.T. Model stands for Training Your Stress Response. While your nervous system is stuck in fight-flight-freeze mode, it will be difficult to make any progress. You will feel like you're swimming upstream,  fighting against a power that is much stronger than you. which is why retraining your your nervous system is such an important step.
